We offer literally thousands of proven locations in the U.S. and Canada, more than any other competing service by a wide margin. This is important in tailoring coverage to the requirements of your promotion programs. We also have extensive international coverage.
Ours is a complete service: You provide us with basic promotion plan information such as drop dates, in-home targets, drop ship details, and a brief description of the promotion piece. This data goes into our online system. When the mail arrives at our remote locations, it is reported on line by our agents on our secure servers. All entry data is Q-C checked by our in-house personnel. The arrival data is applied to your promotion plan information to produce complete, standalone reports available on demand on our secure client service website. We can also supply the reports or database records via attached e-mail or for download.
Our basic service is Same Day Service. After all, ours is the company that originated it over 16 years ago. Where preferred, we can provide less time-sensitive modes of service. Some monitoring locations phone in receipt data to our processing facility.

nationwide network of skilled agents who contact hundreds of
post offices to check up on arrival of your mailing. They are managed
through our central office which transmits detailed instructions
on a continuous basis. Our agents report results to our headquarters
where the many pieces of data are transformed into meaningful
and
rapidly delivered reporting.
The Presence Program is an excellent adjunct to our Sameday system as well as an alternative method of tracking where physical decoy tracking is impractical.

How does it work? We provide you with the decoy locations and coding structure to apply to your list rental fulfillment system or service. You supply us with the list order data. Existing reports or copies of list orders will do fine. We enter this information into our LRS system. As the mail arrives at our locations it is date-marked and forwarded to our office where it is entered into our system and matched to your list order data. Any misuse or unauthorized reuse is detected and reported to you.
Reports are prepared on a monthly basis. However, if we detect any questionable situation, we notify you immediately. The actual mailing pieces are stored for you for a period of time -- unless you prefer to have them returned -- so, there's no clutter or storage problem for your office.
Telemarketing

The process
is similar
to the list rental security service. We provide you
with addresses and
phone number which you include in list rental tapes
or transmissions. All relevant telemarketing solicitations
are reported back
to you, so that unauthorized calls can be detected
