  • Advised National Business Furniture, a U.S. direct marketer of office furniture, in its sale to K+K America, a subsidiary of TAKKT AG, a leading B2B mail order distributor of business equipment in North America and Europe.
  • Advised EMED Co., Inc. a manufacturer and multichannel direct marketer of signage and safety communications materials, on the sale of majority interest to Summit Partners.
  • Advised Concepts Direct, a multi-title direct marketer of collectibles, apparel, music-related gifts and other products, on its sale to a former owner.
  • Advised Alloy Inc. on the sale of its Dan’s Comp extreme sports catalog subsidiary to its management team, through XP Innovation, a newly formed entity.
  • Advised Fingerhut in the development and execution of an acquisition strategy that resulted in the purchase of Arizona Mail Order, Popular Club, Bedford Fair Industries, Lew Magram and Brownstone Studios.
  • Advised Wasserstein & Co.’s U.S. Equity Partners in the acquisition of Bear Creek Corporation (Harry & David and Jackson Perkins) from Yamanouchi Consumer, Inc.
