Our platform provides for the highest quality address hygiene, dedupe logic, disciplined post merge processing, as well as postal qualification and ink jet preparation. Clients receive actionable information fast and efficiently. The platform is the bricks and mortar… it gets the job done. But to help our clients succeed on every level of their marketing plan, initial focus starts at the macro level to define the underpinnings that will be the fluid connection from one project to the next. We work with our clients to define such things as:

  • House File Integrity – Important data decisions start with the right data from the get go.
    A Buyers Plan – Timing between mailings, pull away effects, number of times to mail an RFM segment, Abacus scoring of house file segments.
  • An Inquiry Plan – Number of times to mail, segmentation of inquiries, matches to rentals, Abacus scoring of inquiry segments.
  • Multi-buyer scoring on house and rentals – We have been doing this technology since 1994.
  • Balance Model Planning – Use of custom omits and selects to further enhance the success rate of balance models, house file reactivation models.
  • Aggressive Add A Name tools – Selecting the best scored Add A name with a built in dedupe during the Add A Name process. Adding names in high scores when you have a 10+ segment. The opportunity to create a carrier route density model.

Broad Experience Demonstrates Every Client Is Unique
After critical review with the client marketing team, CompuTech will make a needs-based strategy recommendation which may include; augmentation of the current house file segmentation plan, Abacus implementation for improving mail efficiency, Mail1 for rescuing under-performing house segments, modeling to drop unproductive names from outside lists, segmentation of multi-buyers based on client specific response history, response analysis including assignment of unknown and internet orders for multichannel profit analysis and subsequent “what if” scenarios to back test different mailing assumptions, and/or Mail1 reference-based matching to identify duplicates not detectable by any other method.
