Travis Seaton
Vice President Multichannel Marketing Consultant
Travis joined Lenser in 2001 as an account manager for list services, focusing on building and maintaining a strong brokerage clientele. In 2002, LENSER began to tap into Travis’ skills in marketing management by moving retained clients under his control. Throughout 2003 Travis’ responsibilities skewed more towards managing retained clients and by the end of the year his work load transformed to full time marketing management. Currently he is completely committed to managing the marketing functions of a select group of retained clients who range from small niche catalogs to multi-national direct marketing and retail companies. Due to the work Travis has performed with large multi-channel business models, LENSER often taps into his experience when asked to perform due diligence or best practice reviews.
Prior to joining the LENSER team, Travis worked at Smith and Hawken, where he was the Circulation Manager for the company’s consumer and trade catalogs for two years. There he honed his circulation skills in marketing both B-C and B-B. His responsibilities included circulation planning, managing print and bind schedules and instruction, managing vendor relationships, coordinating catalog, retail and internet marketing programs, forecasting/budgeting and coordinating the vision between the marketing, merchandising and creative departments. He was also successful in managing and optimizing circulation that was split between trade (45 retail stores) and non-trade areas.
Travis began his direct marketing career at American List Counsel, where he provided list brokerage services to catalog, publishing and financial service clients. He was responsible for providing list recommendations, order processing, invoicing and creating a positive and beneficial client relationship.
Travis earned a BS in Business Administration, with an option in Marketing, from California State University Chico in 1996. He was also an active member of the Chico State Marketing Association.
Travis’ experience with multi-channel marketing, coupled with his ability to see things from a corporate management perspective, make him a valuable contributor to the team.
