Cordelia PivonkaCordelia Pivonka originally joined LENSER as an Account Executive in List Brokerage in early 2003.  From 2005-2006 she managed the Brokerage Division, where she was responsible for generating comprehensive and quality recommendations for LENSER clients and overseeing the smooth, timely fulfillment of list orders.  

In her current position as a Circulation Manager in the Business to Consumer division, Cordelia is responsible for developing and testing catalog circulation strategies, monitoring the performance of these strategies, managing vendor relations, and ensuring that back-end processes support the marketing plans of her clients.  She prepares marketing plans for house file and prospect circulation, creates circulation analyses and reports, and implements creative new customer acquisition strategies.  Her clients include companies in gardening, apparel, and home furnishings.  With over four years in the direct marketing industry and a strong background in customer service, Cordelia manages to transition seamlessly from one project to the next while staying focused and organized, and maintains strong working relationships with both clients and vendors industry wide.

Prior to LENSER, Cordelia worked as a Documentation Representative at NFC Financial.  She graduated Cum Laude from The George Washington University in 1996 with a BA in Communication Studies.  A Marin County native, Cordelia currently lives in Mill Valley with her family.
